Scoundrel Tower
Scoundrel Tower
A roguelike card solitaire about how deep you can go.
Scoundrel Tower builds on Zach Gage and Kurt Bieg's Scoundrel, adding Balatro-style roguelike structure: jokers, a shop between floors and bosses that twist the rules.
How it plays
- Your deck is the dungeon. ♠ and ♣ are monsters, ♦ are weapons, ♥ are potions.
- Each room deals 4 cards. You resolve 3 in any order and the last carries over. The order you pick is the whole game.
- Weapons absorb damage but dull with every kill: after a kill, a weapon can only take on monsters weaker than the last one it killed. Spending your best blade on a rat is a mistake you'll only make once.
- Only the first potion in a room heals. You can run from a room, but never from two in a row.
- Life is your only resource, and every dungeon hits harder. Clear dungeon 3 to reach the top of the tower and win the run, then keep going in endless mode to see how far you can really get.
Between floors
- Buy jokers that bend the rules, vouchers, consumables and booster packs.
- Forge your weapons and put seals on monsters. Your deck carries over for the whole run, and so do your changes to it.
- Bosses are revealed ahead of time, so you can prepare.
Also
- An interactive tutorial that teaches the basics in a few minutes

- Runs save automatically
